Coleman was born and raised in Southern California. ... Has played volleyball for more than 17 years, with his journey beginning at Legacy Volleyball Club in Valencia, Calif., (2008–12). He then went to Pierce Junior College (2012–14) and Golden West College (2017–18). Most recently, he represented the U.S. Air Force on the All Armed Forces Team in 2025, where they won gold. ... Has coached for more than 13 years across numerous age groups (10U to 18U). ... Stationed at Langley Air Force Base, and is marred with two children.
